We are now looking to appoint our first employee in France.
Outline: The Engineering Manager role is a crucial first step for our French subsidiary in developing our capability to deliver projects in Europe.
Responsibilities:
Manage day to day business operations
Provide focal point for Client communications
Lead development of business and operations, and future staff teams
Hold resource and delivery responsibility for all projects delivered
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements:
Fluent French & Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
10 years in construction/engineering industries
5 years in offshore/marine projects
Clear and unwaivering experience of delivering safely
Operations management experience for developing and delivering on strategic business objectives
Demonstrable skills in data collection, analysis, problem solving and reporting
Professional engineering status preferred (Eur Ing, Dr Ing, CEng etc)
Complimentary Skills Sought:
Drawing (AutoCAD), Design Skills, GIS, IT Programming & Database Design, Planning & Scheduling, Quality and Compliance Management, HR Management, Risk Management, Marketing and Sales Management.
